The Limerick Christmas tree had its lights turned on this evening. The tree is floating in the river. Apparently it’s taller than last years tree. It’s hard to tell though. I say tree but it’s made of bits of scafolding. Anyway it’s the tallest Christmas decoration in Ireland. It’s still an “Eco tree” whatever that means but it’s missing its wind turbine star this year.

    Nice pictures John, I’m sure if they stuck a wind turbine on it that it’d probably blow away.

    Led lights are great because they are long lasting and consumes less electricity.,:.
